Removed stove wall, closet, dropped ceilings and relocated stove and fridge, installed new cabinetry, lighting and flooring.
Thacker Drive
In this extensively renovated house we removed most of the interior walls in the kitchen, living room and dining room as well as a brick chimney that ran down to the basement. we moved the sink to the island area to capture the view of the lake, installed new shaker style cabinetry, granite tops, hood fan and installed a skylight. Raised the washer and dryer and built them in with a counter over and added more cabinets in the laundry room. Removed the shower and vanity in the ensuite and installed a corner tub with a rainshower and travertine surround, installed a new vanity, granite top, lights and mirror. Main bath got a new tub with a tile surround, relocated the toilet, new cabinetry, granite top, sink and flooring. Dining room was opened up, pillars removed and ceilings flattened. Exterior was resided with hardie board and a stamped concrete veranda installed as well as new doors and windows.
Custom Reno in Black Mountain
Crawford Drive.
Extensive renovation of swimming pool bathroom. Removed drop-in tub and built a cast in place shower with seat, faucet is a Grohe shower tower and the glass is 10mm frameless, added a Kohler touchless urinal and new lighting, tiling is travertine picasso, removed base from vanity, raised it up and added a leg, also "chalked" the cabinet, added a new granite top, a heavy cast concrete sink and new faucet, new mirror and lights. Travertine tile goes up the wall 42" all around the bathroom with a cap on top, also added were 15 towel hooks on boards.
Lupin Crescent
This project started out as an unfinished basement. We installed a gas fireplace, entertainment cabinetry, wine cellar, bathroom, storage room and workout room complete with cork flooring, hand-hewn timber accents and rockwork. The wine cellar is temperature controlled with sealed doors and sidelites. Cabinetry was made in-house.
Riverview Rd (Full Home Renovation)
In this home we moved the ensuite to a different location on the top floor and increased the size of the master bedroom, modernized the foyer and staircase, removed the interior walls in the kitchen, replaced all the floors with hardwood and slate and put in a brand new cherry kitchen with granite tops.
Teasdale Road (Luxury Custom Built Home)
For this project we built a new house and shop on Teasdale road. Completed in 2014, it was a 10 month build. The house is 4800 sq. ft. finished and the shop is 1500 sq ft with a 1500 sq ft top floor. It includes a master suite and visitor's suite, and 2 additional bedrooms, 2 storage rooms, a rec room with a wet bar, 4 and a half bathrooms, a wine cellar, and an office.
